I nodded, "Quite a few times actually. I don't think she fully understood
what I was saying when I told her about it. She usually asks when she's
around other kids and their families," I said, looking down. I hated telling
her, but I couldn't lie to her.

[lauren.]

Sam;
I nodded and closed the scrapbook. If I kept looking at it I might break down in front of Hannah, and I don't cry. I rubbed my hands against the fabric of my pants,"You're not gonna keep me away anymore? Are you? Know that I've met her because I don't think I can stay away now,"I said clenching my jaw as I looked at her.

I shook my head, "I couldn't do that to you, or Taylor," I told him.
"But that means you're gonna have to start acting like a
father. Which means sometimes you have to make sacrifices for
your child," I explained.

[lauren.]

Sam;
I raised an eyebrow slightly,"Sacrifices as in...?"I asked. I was just asking because I would do anything for Taylor. I've always wanted to have a child, I've just never expressed the need. Plus being married seems...difficult.

[haileyjordan]

"Not going to parties every night because you're such a hot shot.
Welcome to parenthood Sam," I said with a smirk. "Honestly, I don't
think you can handle it, but I want you to prove me wrong." Taylor wasn't
always a perfect angel, she was a handful.

[lauren.]

Sam;
I tilted my head slightly as I turned a little on the couch,"I like a challenge when I hear one. Plus, I'm not at parties every night,"I said rolling my eyes.

I laughed slightly, "Well you're gone every night and I know it.
And if you want me not to think that then you'll watch Taylor tomorrow
night," I told him. "Unless...you have somewhere else to be."

[lauren.]

Sam;
I did have somewhere to be. Hockey practice. "I'll be here,"I said without thinking. Damn it Sam. How cares it's one practice. I then raised an eyebrow,"& how do you know I'm out every night?"I asked smirking.

I shrugged, "You're basically famous. Do you honestly
want me to think celebrities sit at home at night? You do
the math Sam," I smiled ever so sweetly.

[lauren.]

Sam;
I chuckled and watched her,"So how have you really been Hannah?"I asked. It was nice actually being able to have a civil nice conversation without being yelled at over a phone.

[haileyjordan]

"Honestly, stressed. I'm trying my best to hang in there,
but I've been becoming so booked it's hard for me to do
things Taylor wants to do. She's with a sitter way more than
I would like her to be," I said with a sigh, "It's been hard."

[lauren.]

Sam;
"Well I hope I can help with that,"I said looking at her. She seemed older from the last time we met but not a bad old. She was still gorgeous. I could see the stress on her face though and I wanted to make it go away.

[haileyjordan]

"I hope so too," I said with a faint smile."I think it's time
to head home Sam," I said quietly. Some weird part of me
told me otherwise, but I ignored it, because I still hadn't
forgiven him.

[lauren.]

Sam;
I cleared my throat and looked down before standing up,"Yeah,"I said stretching my back out. "What time do I need to be here?"I asked pulling my keys out of my pocket.

"Is six okay?" I asked him as I stood up hugging
myself as I rubbed my arms. I was just wanting to know
if he'd even show up.
