Gage,
I woke up a few minutes later, letting out a groan as I stretched out. I opened my eyes and noticed I was on the floor. "What the hell?" I mumbled as I sat up, looking over at Quinn. "Did I fall off?" I asked her, rubbing my head.

[lauren.]

Quinn;
I nodded starting to laugh now,"I woke up to you thumping on the ground,"I said wiping my eyes again.

Gage,
"Oh pleasant," I said as I rubbed my face. I stood up, scratching my stomach as I let out a loud yawn. "Well good morning I guess," I chuckled. "Now I've gotta face your parents," I sighed, "Oh well." I looked over at her and saw the marks on her face, feeling bad once again.

[lauren.]

Quinn;
I laughed quietly as I tried adverting my eyes. I mean it was kind of hard to not stare when he was almost naked in front of me. I rubbed my face but ended up wincing from the pain.

Gage,
I saw her flinch and it broke my heart a little. I sighed, "I'm gonna go get some breakfast," I told her as I exited the bedroom. I made my way downstairs into the kitchen where her mother and father sat. I still couldn't call them my parents because they weren't. Not to me right now. "Oh my God Gage what happened to your face?" Her mom asked frantically as she came over. I shrugged, "Just got into an argument with some friends," I sort of lied.

Quinn;
I breathed in and got out of bed, stretching. I yawned and left the room heading for the kitchen, forgetting about my face. "Morning everyone,"I said smiling.

Gage,
Her mother looked over at Quinn and almost had a heart attack. "Sweetie your face! Both of your faces! What happened to you two?" She exclaimed. Her father looked over at me, "Did you go out last night?" He asked me calmly, though I knew he would be disappointed at my answer. "Only for a bit," I said, not making eye contact. "Did you take Quinn with you? Was she in this argument also?" Her mom asked me. I bit my tongue, not wanting to tell them I was the cause of her injuries.

Quinn;
I bit my lip as I looked over at Gage,"Um, yeah. We went out,"I said looking at my mom who was checking out my face.

Gage,
Her mother looked at Quinn, then back over at me. "You know you aren't supposed to be out Gage. And God knows what time you were out! You two could've gotten hurt, much worse than you already are!" She said as she shook her head. "I know, and I take full blame for it. I asked her if she wanted to go out," I said, rubbing the back of my neck. "You know this means you're grounded Gage," her father said. I sighed and nodded, "I expected that," I said. "Is that all that happened?" He asked Quinn.

Quinn;
I looked over at Gage and debated on telling my dad but I didn't. I shook my head,"That's it,"I said biting my lip.

Gage,
I looked over at her, surprised that she didn't mention what I did to her. Her father nodded, but I think he knew that she wasn't telling the full truth. "Alright, well your mother and I are heading to work. No going out Gage, and I mean it," He said sternly. I nodded, "Yes sir," I said. Her mother kissed both of our cheeks, "Be good you two," se said as they headed out the door. "Thanks for that," I said, looking over at her.

Quinn ;
I looked over at him and shrugged,"Lets just not let it happen anymore?"I said quietly as I moved past him into the kitchen to her something to eat.

Gage,
I nodded, "I'll try my best," I said with a small sigh. I opened the fridge and grabbed an apple, sitting down at the bar as I bit into it. "You know, now that I'm grounded you're gonna have to go get me stuff," I said, my mouth full of apple as I looked at her.

Quinn;
I raised an eyebrow as I opened a granola bar,"What would you need?"I asked tilting my head as I took a bite.

Gage,
I shrugged, "You know, food, clothes, drugs, alcohol," I said as I grinned. "If I'm stuck here I might as well use it to my advantage," I told her. I stood up, walking over as I took the granola bar from her, taking a bite out of it quickly.
