Everly,
I was afraid of what was going to happen to him of course, but he didn't have to flaunt that he was going out to me-and then lie about it. I buried my face in my pillow and screamed, not liking this constant uptightness.

[lauren.]

(Skipping!)
Kameron.
I was in the kitchen cooking the meal that I was preparing for Elizabeth. I felt I was doing this the right way, having Everly meet her before anything happens. If Everly wouldn't let me feed from her then I have no other choice...well except to die. I had been sipping on wine with a blood fix for quite awhile now but I didn't feel any stronger.

Everly,
I was being extremely short with Kameron since yesterday. I was not fond of this little dinner at all. I was going to give this girl as much attitude as I wanted. I walked past the table, glancing over at the little set up. I tensed up, just wanting to throw it all on the floor.

[lauren.]

Kameron.
I heard Everly enter into the room but I didn't say anything or look at her. She was taking this all out of proportion. Jealousy is a bitch. I had just finished taking the chicken out of the oven when I heard a knock on the door. I wiped my hands on a dish towel then opened the door. "Elizabeth, glad you could make it,"I said as I opened the door letting her walk inside.

Elizabeth.
I smiled at Kameron as I stepped in,"Thanks for having me over,"I said looking around. "You have a lovely place,"I said as I slid my jacket off, Kameron taking that and my purse for me.

Everly,
Just hearing her voice made me want to rip her fucking head off. I bit my tongue as I crossed my arms. I walked out of the kitchen and into the room that the two were in. "What a pleasure to meet you. I'm Everly, Kameron's girlfriend," I said, sarcasm dripping from every word as I eyes beamed into hers. Of course she was gorgeous.

[lauren.]

Kameron.
A shiver ran through my spine at the sarcasm that was spread with every word. I turned and shot daggers at Everly. She better cut this shit out or I will not be a happy camper when Elizabeth leaves.

Elizabeth.
I could hear the hatred rather than sarcasm in Everly's words. I breathed in and smiled at her,"Hi, Everly. My names Elizabeth. It's very nice to meet you,"I said nodding my head at her. I would be as nice as possible as I could be. She already hated me so I didn't want to make it worse. I heard Kameron clear his throat behind me,"Lets head into the kitchen,"he said placing a hand against my back leading me that way. The tension was so thick.

Everly,
My blood was boiling when I saw him put his hand on her back. This was probably his stupidest plan yet. I was definitely ready to bring out my wrath. I followed the two into the kitchen. Part of me just wanted to cry and the other half of me wanted to draw blood.

[lauren.]

Kameron.
I breathed in deeply trying to keep my anger in check. "I've made some chicken cordon bleu tonight with green beans, rolls, and some dessert for after,"I said giving Elizabeth a tight smile. My eyes looked over at Everly seeing her just steaming. It pissed me off to no end. She could at least try.

Elizabeth.
I smiled,"It smells fantastic. I didn't know you were a cook,"I said laughing quietly as I helped bring the food over to the table so I just didn't feel like I wasn't doing anything.

Everly,
"He definitely has plenty of surprises doesn't he?" I asked her, glancing over at him. I sat down at the table, looking from Kameron to Elizabeth. "So why don't you tell us about yourself?" I said, though it wasn't a pleasant offer.

[lauren.]

Elizabeth.
I glanced from Kameron to Everly as I took a seat,"Well I work for Enterprise Industries, I help sell cars, be in the office. Those kinds of things. I'm twenty two and an avid runner. I get out every morning before work for at least an hour. I have a boyfriend named Jarod who's currently deployed over in Iraq,"I said trying to think of anything else interesting.

Kameron.
I nodded my head,"That's fantastic what he's doing. You said you two have been together three years?" Elizabeth nodded. "That's great,"I said shooting a look over at Everly to tell her to be more polite.

Everly,
"Don't you think getting married at nineteen is a little young?" I asked, completely ignoring Kameron's look. "Plus I'm sure he wouldn't appreciate you being here right now." I said, picking at my food.

[lauren.]

Kameron.
My nostrils pretty much flared,"Weren't you listening honey,"I said a little bit too harshly. "She's twenty two and Jarod is her boyfriend,"I said shortly. I was gripping my utensil as we ate. I was afraid it might disappear.

Elizabeth.
I cleared my throat,"It's alright,"I said as I looked over at Everly. "Jarod knows I'm here. I believe him and Kameron know each other a little from past experiences,"I said shrugging slightly.

Everly,
"Isn't that lovely," I muttured as I stared down at my food. I hated this. I hated every second of it. I felt like a little kid who just wanted to leave the dinner table. I chewed on the inside of my cheek, my head spinning.

[lauren.]

Kameron.
I sighed very quietly pinching the bridge of my nose before I continued to eat and keeping conversation with Elizabeth.

Elizabeth.
We had been sitting there for a little bit after dessert not really saying anything. I checked the time and cleared my throat,"I should really get going. It's almost time for when Jarod calls me,"I said standing up, Kameron following right in suit. "I'll walk you out,"he said.

Everly,
"Of course you will." I said, watching the two. "Thanks for coming Elizabeth, I hope you don't plan on coming back." I smiled sweetly. I was acting like a child, but I had every right to.
