Lyla nodded. "I really must go now. Abilites class. Bye Shay! I love you! Lunch!" She waved, running.
Darius touched Shay's shoulder. "Meet in the gym in comfortable training clothes."

Shannon quickly found some clothes in the stash of her old things. She hadn't been able to take everything with her when she and Lyla had left. She slipped into some shorts and a tank top and started toward the gym.

Shannon sighed irritated and started at a jog, only speeding up a bit when she'd gotten comfortable with her pace. In through the nose, out through the mouth. Short, shallow breaths. Don't ball up your fists, it'll interfere with your blood flow. Shannon continued with her running, not going all-out to conserve energy for distance.

Shannon's eyes narrowed to slits as she sped up just a bit more. Screw him. She wasn't going any faster than this. She was nearly sprinting by now as it was.
