beautiful cities, scenery, and art. Well one American girl is
starting to travel first starting with Italy. Not only will she be
seeing beautiful things but she will end up meeting one
gorgeous Italian guy and a flame will be started.

Other; Keeps kind of to herself, but does like to meet new
people (only if she's willing). She can come off snotty
sometimes but you just have to break that shell she carries.
From New York, New York and just wanted to start travelling
because she felt like her life was in a stand-stilll.

Very adventurous and hard head. Once he has his
mind set on something he sets out to get it. He lives off of
heavy Italian traditions and cares for his loved ones quite a lot.

Valarie;
It was exciting being in Italy. I decided on Italy first because well it's a beautiful place and it's my favorite. I was hoping to stay here for awhile because America...well it's boring at the moment. I had my small backpack on one shoulder as I walked through the streets of Sicily. I was hoping to find a coffee shop somewhere but at the moment, nothing has come up. It was early and I really needed my caffeine.

Giovanni,
I sat at the small coffee shop on the corner of a busy street, my coffee and and laptop with me. I spent almost every morning here, finishing up late night documents and writings. My father was the owner of a very high end clothing company, and I was taking up his position. It was a high responsibility, but I loved it. I took a sip of my coffee, settling back in my chair.

Valarie;
I was one girl who did not like to ask for directions and it took down my pride, but what's a girl to do in a country she has no idea where anything is? I knew some Italian so it was somewhat easy to ask and receive and answer. I headed down the sidewalk coming across some busy roads, finally finding the coffee shop,"Thank you, finally,"I muttered as I headed inside.

Giovanni,
I heard the small bell on the door ring as someone stepped inside. I thought nothing of it at first until I looked up. I did a double take as I watched her. I had no idea who she was, and I knew I had never seen her in my life, but I also knew she was the most gorgeous girl I had ever laid my eyes on.

Valarie;
I went up to the counter, searching the menu and ordering a French vanilla cappuccino, my favorite! I stood to the side as I waited for my cup to be made. I glanced around the shop, thinking it was really cute and adorable. As my eyes moved around, connecting with some guy after a little bit. I quickly looked away as my coffee was ready.

Giovanni,
Even though her eyes pulled away from mine, mine didn't leave her sight until a little bit later. I definitely wasn't going to let her leave being unnoticed. As soon as she got her coffee I got up, approaching her. "Buon giorno (Good day)," I said with a small smile. "I couldn't help but notice that you are a very beautiful woman." I wasn't going to sugar coat it much.

Valarie;
I raised an eyebrow as I glanced at him,"Is this something that Italians do?"I asked. I found it strange that he was staring at me then instantly came up to me. American guys definitely didn't do that. They're pansies. I didn't want this guy thinking he had any chance here.

Giovanni,
A small smirk played on my lips as I could hear her heavy American accent. I shrugged, "We don't like to shy away from things. Italians are quite friendly, if I do say so myself." I could hear the bitterness in her voice, but it honestly didn't set me back.

Valarie;
I took a sip of my coffee,"Friendly? Maybe they are but you just seem to be hitting on me,"I said pursing my lips as I looked at him. Yes, he was one extremely gorgeous man but I wouldn't see him again so it didn't matter what happened at this moment.

Giovanni,
"Is that what Americans call it?" I asked with a raised eyebrow. "It's interesting to know about your language." I never called it hitting on her, though I guess I had an intention of that, but she obviously wasn't interested...for now at least. "What brought you out here anyways?" I asked.

Valarie;
I frowned slightly, why did he even care. Whatever, I won't see him again,"I'm just starting to travel and Italy isn't first stop,"I said glancing at him again before taking a drink.

Giovanni,
I nodded, "I do like your taste in countries." Man she had a lot of sass. It was something I didn't see much around here. I liked a girl that made me work for her. "Excuse me for keeping you if you have somewhere to be la mia signora (my lady)."

Valarie;
I glanced over at the door, did I have something else to do? I had about a month here. I cleared my throat,"I do actually. It was nice meeting you,"I said giving him a slightly smile before heading towards the door.
