Valarie,
I gave a small shy smile,"Well I hope he will come around. Thank you for making me feel welcome, Mrs. Fierro,"I said biting my lip.

Giovanni,
"Oh, I always try my best," She said. "Those two are always bickering with each other, it's a shame," She sighed, shaking her head.

"Dad you can't do that," I told him, now suddenly feeling nervous. "You're damn right I can," I told me harshly. "You've never cared about me. All you care about is your money and how rich we could possibly be. I'm surprised mother would even begin to marry someone like you," I growled back, clenching my fists. "You're a real asshole dad." I added before I turned on my heel, going back into the room. "I think it's time to go Valarie," I said, trying to control my temper. My mother looked over at me, "Sweetheart she's barely finished her dinner," my mother said. "I said it's time to go!" I pretty much yelled.

Valarie,
I jumped as Gio yelled. I've never seen him like this before and to be honest.. I was frightened. I looked over at Mrs. Fierro,"Thank you for dinner. I hope to see you again,"I said quietly before I got up and went to Giovanni's side. Something bad happened and I knew the outcome wouldn't be good for us at all. I was frightened for the both of us.

Giovanni,
I looked over at my mother, giving her sympathetic eyes for I took Valarie's hand, leading her out of the house. I completely ignored my father as we made our way to the car. "I'm so sorry," I told her softly.

Valarie,
I waited before we were both in the car before speaking,"Your mother was very nice to me,"I said biting my lip as I glanced over at him. "You warned me about your parents. I knew it would happen,"I said sighing as I reached over, taking his hand and kissing it softly.

Giovanni,
I looked over at her, "I just didn't except him to be so rude about it. I normally expect bluntness from my father, but he pushed it too far today." I shook my head, "This was a bad idea in the first place."

Valarie,
I caressed his face softly in my hand,"It's alright. It'll be okay. I love you and nothing will change that,"I said leaning over and kissing his lips sweetly. "Plus, maybe we can just have a dinner between us two & your mother. I like her,"I said smiling as I bit my lip softly.

Giovanni,
I looked over at her and gave her a small smile, "Okay," I said, glad that she understood. "Let's go home," I added before I began driving down the road. She usually knew how to calm me down, but I was still on the edge. My father always sent me over the edge.

[lauren.]

Valarie,
I kept his hand closest to me, thumbing my thumb against the back of his hand. I stared out the window as we drove. Tonight was interesting. I was nervous about what his dad said to him. Usually parents can really get into your head and change your mind about things... I just hope that wouldn't happen with Giovanni.

Giovanni,
I pulled into my driveway, getting out of the car as I opened the door for her. Once she got out, I pulled her close to me and gave her a long, deep kiss.

Valarie,
I was somewhat shocked about how deep this was, definitely took my breathe away. I kissed him back, gripping his shirt tightly. For some reason it brought a lot of emotions up to surface causing tears to silently roll down my cheeks. I pulled away slightly giving out a shaky breathe,"What was that for?"I asked wiping my tears away, shocked that I even cried.

Giovanni,
"I want you to know how much I love you," I told her. It was also panicked. I was scared honestly, but I would never let her know that. I wiped her tears away with my thumb, "why are you crying babe?"

[lauren.]

Valarie,
I swallowed and shrugged softly,"Just everything that's happened and... I feel that something bad is going to happen,"I said looking up into his eyes. "What did you and your dad argue about?"I whispered softly.

Giovanni,
I looked into her eyes, trying to search for something. Comfort maybe? I sighed as I broke the gaze, "I'm not ready to talk about it, if that's okay," I said to her. I didn't want to worry her.

Valarie,
I wanted to push him for more but I decided against it. I nodded as I kissed his cheek before heading inside. I had a growing pit in my stomach and I didn't know why.
