Harper.
I smiled as he had signed some of his words. I pursed my lips,"Well not much. I went through high school valedictorian then my parents put me here. I could never get a job because I'm deaf which is stupid,"I rolled my eyes,"But that's pretty much it,"I signed/said,"Nothing much to me."

Gabriel.
I sighed,"Of course I'll go outside. I'm just not sure when,"I said,"They need to be gone before I go out there,"I said chewing on my lip.

Oliver,
I shook my head, "Society is so quick to judge people they know nothing about." I told her. "We can never get a break in a place that's so eager to eat everyone alive." I walked over and sat next to her. "Harper, if you could have any job you wanted, what would you do?" I asked.

Ali,
"But they'll never be gone, that's the thing. You'll always feel them there. You have to push past the fear and learn to appreciate that people will protect you." I looked up at him, then away. "But what do I know? I attack anyone who even tries to talk to me."

[lauren.]

Harper.
I shifted a little on the couch as he sat next to me,"Well,"I said thinking about it,"Either a cook or a school teacher for deaf kids,"I said smiling as I looked at him. "I know how it is going through society as deaf and I want to make that transition easier to them,"I said.

Gabriel.
I stared at her for a moment then groaned quietly,"Fine. Lets go?"I said my hand twitching slightly in anticipation

Oliver,
I smiled at her, "You would make an amazing teacher. Any child would be lucky to be taught by you," I told Harper. "Would your parents let you go to college to study?" A college couldn't turn her down, they just couldn't.

Ali,
I looked back over at him and nodded. "Yes," I said simply as we walked out the front door. It was beautiful; the trees a perfect hue of green, the sun just beginning to set. I loved being outside. I smiled and looked back over at him, "You're safe Gabriel," I assured.

[lauren.]

Harper.
I laughed a little and shooky head,"If they would let me go to college then why am I here?"I asked shrugging. "They think I'll get hurt out in the real world with being deaf so lets seclude her to a place with no contact to the outside,"I said frowning and looking down at my hands.

Gabriel.
I stood in the doorway watching Ali to make sure no one snatched her away. I took a deep breathe in and took a step out. Okay, it wasn't all that bad. I couldn't feel anyone watching us.

Oliver,
I frowned when she frowned, "Well, you're here. You're parents honestly don't have control of you over here. You can ultimately do what you want unless you get caught." I shrugged. "Why not take a chance for something you love?"

Ali,
I waited for him to slowly come over to me. I walked next to him, his steps a little too small for my stride. This was going to take some work. "Relax, don't be so tense." I told him.
(Maybe we can sometime have him vision them trying to take him or Ali and he can freak out?)

[lauren.]

Harper.
I smiled slightly,"Well it's not like we can really leave here. Aren't we in the middle of nowhere? There's probably like huge animals out there or something,"I said shrugging. "I could probably go but there's a reason I'm here,"I said looking at him then flushing slightly.

Gabriel.
I couldn't help but be tense after I saw them here. I kept glancing around to make sure he wasn't here. I hate feeling paranoid but it happens. Not often but it happens. Strangely it's happening now. I sighed as I yanked at my hair,"We shouldn't be out here,"I said as I took her hand to pull her back inside.

Oliver,
I chuckled, "It's okay to rebel a bit. We wouldn't get anything out of life if we didn't break a few rules. But you're right, I'm not really sure there's any place to go here," I huffed. "I'll figure something out for you Harper."

Ali,
I took my hand out of his grasp, "No Gabriel. There is no one out here. Please. You are fine," I said sternly. He needed to stop. He couldn't live like this.

[lauren.]

Harper.
I smiled,"Thank you but you don't have to. I'm okay with being here right now,"I said as I ran a hand through my hair.

Gabriel.
I groaned as I closed my eyes tight,"Ali please. It's not safe,"I said my heart beating quickly. Something was about to happen and I couldn't put my finger on it.

Ali,
I looked around, "There is no one out here. I am not going back inside unless I feel it isn't safe. Gabriel please." I almost begged. I knew he was going to freak, but you can't always run from your fears. It will get you nowhere.

[lauren.]

Gabriel.
I felt my head pounding a migraine coming on. I rubbed my temples then heard a branch snap. My head whipped around to see the guy grinning like a fool. My eyes widened,"No,"I whispered as he began walking closer to me. "Leave me alone,"I said as I stepped backwards.

Ali,
I looked over where he was looking; nothing. Even if he saw them they couldn't touch him, right? I stepped closer to him, "Gabe. You're okay. No one is going to hurt you," I tried to explain to him.

[lauren.]

Gabriel.
The man laughed at me as he eyed Ali. "You don't see him? And don't you dare touch her,"I snarled at him. Next thing I know he leaps at me but I move quickly so he won't touch me. If he touches me, it's all over.

Ali,
I watched as Gabriel frantically moved from, well...nothing. "Gabe let's go inside," I told him, calmly. If I freaked out, then it would make the situation worse. I was a little concerned, but I didn't show it.

[lauren.]

Gabriel.
I shook my head,"Ali, he's here. Oh god,"I said as I dodged again. "He can't touch me Ali, inside hurry,"I told her.
