I glared at Desmond,"The whole dance is stupid. & I'm there for pretty much nothing, heck I could probably sue since they're keeping me here against my will,'I muttered. I widened my eyes as I realized that I actually just told Desmond. Fuck.

I smirked,"Trust me, yours are better,"I said as I went over and brought on over. Heck he just did this to tick off Hollie and the teacher. I chuckled and raised an eyebrow as I showed her.

I sighed after my blush had passed, biting my lip. What the hell, Hollie? Way to be socially awkward. A socially awkward penguin, that's what you are.

I raised an eyebrow at her. "So you'd rather get expelled than just help out here for a few weeks? And you still plan on not going to the dance?" I asked, both eyebrows up now.

I just shook my head, finishing off one last poster. "I suppose you could call it abstract art at a push."

I nodded. "Yeah. I'm pretty sure everyone'll see at least one between now and the dance anyway. Especially if we put them up in the cafeteria and on noticeboards, places like that," I shrugged.

Either the guys are always standing off in the corner with each other, while the girls are in the bathroom or shaking their ass like they're all that,"I said crossing my arms as I looked at him. I chuckled at this,"I guess you could call it that,"I said setting it down. "More like enjoying the stress it brings to others,"I said laughing.

I nodded exuberantly, my hair bouncing up and down as I did so. "Exactly! I think they're going to work fine," I sighed, stacking them all together and putting them on the bottom bleacher row. "D'you think Des and Izzy are alright out there?"

I shrugged. "With Hols heading this one I'm not adverse to assuming it'll be different. Better, maybe not guaranteeable, but different. She would force people to interact until they did it on their own. You included."

I smiled charmingly at her. "Well, maybe I plan on persuading you to attend with me, because I know that as sure as I stand here and hell waits for me, I'm not going to find a way to weasel out of going, and I want somebody to share my misery with." I winked, my grin widening.

I sighed and nodded, my shoulders sagging slightly. My good mood had already sort of ebbed away from me. "Yeah. I guess you're right."
