I raised an eyebrow,"You want me,"I said pointing at myself,"To go to the dance with you,"I said now pointing at him. I covered my mouth to keep from laughing too loud. "You've got to be kidding me,"I said laughing.

Braxton;
I shrugged,"Why do you not want to go? I'm sure it would be a good time. Just hang out with our little gang that we have going now,"I said glancing at her.

I felt my smile falter a bit, but I quickly recovered. It's alright, Des. Laughter is a sign of nerves, occasionally. I just smiled anew and tilted my head at her. "I shit you not, my dear."

Hollie
I laughed quietly and nodded, looking at him. "Yeah, that's true. God, I'd probably end up dead."

"Nah, I'd say you're pretty good at sorting them out, really," I shrugged, chuckling quietly.

I shrugged again. "I don't know. I just don't like stuff like this."

My face dropped,"I'm not your dear,"I said crossing my arms. "& no, I will not go to the dance with you,"I said as I stepped around him and headed back to the gym.

I shrugged,"Have you ever been?"I asked raising an eyebrow.

I grinned up at him, laughing quietly. "Well, thank you. I certainly try."

Desmond
I sighed exaggeratedly and followed her, easily catching up. "Oh, fine, then, darling. And you will, eventually, agree to go with me."

I smiled and then yawned, stretching my arms out. "This thing nearly over? I wanna go for a nap."

Ivy
"I've been to a few," I nodded. "And I didn't like any of them."

Izzy;
I rolled my eyes,"In your dreams,"I said as I pushed open the gym doors and headed over to my things, ready to just get home.

Braxton;
"Well, were you ever with the right people? Did you go with someone? For a dance to be good you need to be with the right group,"I said shuffling a little on my feet.

I snorted my amusement. "More like yours."

Hollie
I shrugged and sighed. "I think we can...you know...disperse now. We're pretty much done."

"I went with some friends," I said, standing from the floor. "I just don't like being sociable."

"Oh, great," I grinned. "I just love being on the committee and all," I said sarcastically, rolling my eyes, "but to be honest napping is much better."

I sighed and ran a hand through my hair as I slung my bag over my shoulder. "Can we leave now?"I asked raising an eyebrow as I looked over at Hollie.

Braxton;
I frowned slightly,"Well I'm sorry for that,"I said as I headed over to get my things.

I looked over at Izzy, shooting a confused glance at Des. Well...they seemed like they were still in one piece... "Um...yes?" I said, still puzzled. So...why hadn't they killed each other yet?

Desmond
I grinned, standing at Izzy's elbow. "Smashing! I'll walk you!"

I stood up and went to get my things together. This meeting had gone a lot better than the last, at least. Just a little outburst from Izzy but she was okay now, and she and Des weren't even arguing. Maybe this whole committee thing wouldn't be too bad after all.

Ivy
I watched Braxton for a minute before sighing and closing my book, standing up. Maybe I should try being less of an unsociable bitch sometimes and maybe I'd have less to complain about. I mean, the closest thing I had to a friend right now was Hollie and she was apparently more interested in my brother, like most people. He was just a lot friendlier than me, I guess. Annnd I'd put myself in a bad mood thinking about all this shit. Ugh. I went and got my stuff together to leave the committee meeting and go home and sleep and not think about all this crap that was putting me in a bad mood.

I glared at Desmond and rolled my eyes, hoping to ignore him as I walked out of the gym. Hell, this might be hard but then it might not be. Who knows, but if Desmond keeps annoying the crap out of me someone is going to be dead by the end of planning.

Braxton;
I pursed my lips as I gathered up my things. I looked over at Izzy and noticed that her and Desmond were walking out together, so might as well not bother them. I hiked one strap from my bag over my shoulder and headed out of the gym, yawning.

I watched as everybody, including Des, pretty much left me in the gym. I sighed, picking up my books and gingerly putting them in my bag. Oh, well. At least Des and Izzy weren't fighting at the moment, and Ivy was occasionally reaching out and talking. Plus there was some progress coming along with the dance plans. I slung my bag over my shoulder and moved my hair out of my face. I still couldn't help but feel like my Perfect-Everything Day had kind of gone to waste.

Desmond
I walked beside her, keeping stride easily. C'mon, man. She's pretty short, compared to me. But then again, I am pretty tall. I just shrugged. "No need to glare."
