*running and getting frustrated over her hair...*

Alec
After everyone had finished their set of fifteen laps I called them all round and then told them to go off and work at what they needed to. For the ones with powers this would be whatever their power was. For the ones without this would be strength training, stamina improvement and all that stuff.

Grace
After Alec told us to go off and work on what we needed to, I decided to work on my control. To be honest, I wasn't the greatest at controlling where my fire went or who it hit, so I always tried to practice when I could. I was capable of making my whole body burst into flames but I decided to practice control with just my arms up to my elbows on fire first as it was generally easier.

Elijah
I knew exactly where I was going now. "Hey! Gracie, hey, wait up!" I said, jogging until I was beside her. "Hey, you wanna practice together today?" I asked, grinning evilly. Fire and water were fun to fool around with.

Tess
I sighed and took my hair out of its ponytail, cooling off a bit, then putting it back in its band and looking at this Alec guy. He was starting to piss me off.

[lauren.]

Richard;
I was sort of breathing heavy but not that bad. I looked around and saw where the weights were and tons of heavy things to pick up, break, throw, ect. I pursed my lips and went for the weights fro right now, putting on 800 lbs. Starting out easy.

Dawnielle;
I sighed as I looked around. I wasn't really sure what to go towards. I was mostly good at running. That was about it.

Grace
"Really? Fire and water?" I said, raising an eyebrow at him. "Okay then. But you know I'm not that good with control so don't blame me if I accidentally set you on fire. Shouldn't be too hard for you to put yourself out," I laughed.

Alec
I decided to take this opportunity to do some running around the track myself. I liked to do some form of training every day so I stayed as strong and fast as I was already. I also often told the others do something at least every day but most of them were too tired after the actual training day.

Tess
I wasn't really tired, I just had to give my lungs and my legs a bit of a break. So, I decided weights. I made a face at the equipment. I have about as much arm strength as a wet noodle, so I had no idea where to start in on this, and I hadn't known anybody long enough to really ask them, so I ended up standing there a bit awkwardly.

Elijah
I lauighed with her and shrugged as we moved off to the section of the training room specifically meant for us all to practice on. "We have to train through our weaknesses, you know?"

[lauren.]

Richard;
I began my weights and noticed that girl from the kitchen yesterday. I pursed my lips,"You look lost,"I called to her as I finished my twentieth rep.

Dawnielle;
...............yeah.................

Grace
"I guess," I shrugged, feeling heat rush to my arms until they burst into flames. "I'm working on control, so target practice?" I suggested, positioning myself in front of one of the target ranges. Sometimes my fire blasts just went all over the place so I really needed to learn to control them.

Alec
I ran and ran and ran and ran and ran some more while I let the others get on with whatever they happened to be doing. As long as they were working on something I was happy and I could run happily y'know. Good times.

Tess
I turned around and looked at him, a little startled. "Um...yes."

Elijah
I grinned when she got all fiery. I loved power training. Sooo much. I moved over to the mats in front of the remaining, available targets. Leaning down, I swiped my finger across the mat and jerked it upward quickly. The moisture on the mat lifted with my finger and shot at the target in front of me. It hit through the bullseye and smashed into the wall behind it.

Richard;
I shrugged as I put the bar down, sitting up,"I could help if you want. I'm way past what you could lift but still. It's up to you,"I said raising an eyebrow.

Dawnielle;
*really don't know what to do with her because you other people are stupid and are leaving her out in the lonesome, like Richard!*

Grace
"Does this come naturally to you or do you train in the middle of the night or something?" I grumbled, positioning myself. Elijah had only been there a month or so more than me but he already had nearly full control of his powers. I tried not to get too annoyed though because the whole fire thing was affected by my emotions and general bodily functions. Anyway, I stood facing the target, putting my hands side by side and holding them outwards. The tricky bit was trying to control how much fire came out and where it went. I tried to push only a small bit of fire out so it would be easier to make it head straight on, but that didn't work; instead a huge ball of fire burst out, and then split into lots of little fire balls which then started rocketing around the room and hitting random things.

Alec
I almost jumped when I heard a large kind of blasting sound from behind me and then shouting of people because that usually didn't happen in the training room but hey a random bunch of kids with powers what can you expect. I turned around a little fire ball went flying past me, just missing my face by a few inches. I looked over at the target area to see Grace beginning to run around frantically trying to stop all the little fire balls flying around from hitting anyone, but she wasn't having much luck. She never had been good at controlling her powers.

Elijah
I amused myself by sending little water bombs at the rogue fireballs that Gracie was sending out. I wasn't teasing her about it, I wasn't like that. I could remember a few times when I'd nearly drowned myself because the water I'd been attempting to move had gotten out of my control. I was totally sympathizing, I just didn't want any fatalities among the non-powered trainees. And I got to have some fun along the way.

Tess
"Um, sure," I said, biting my lip nervously. Oh, God, I was going to end up killing myself with these. Ugh. Ugh. Ugh.

[lauren.]

Richard;
I chuckled and shrugged,"Don't be nervous if you can't handle it that's why I'm here. I'll spot you,"I said then looked as I noticed fire fly past Tess but didn't hit her. I turned, wondering what the hell was going on until I realized that a fireball had hit me in the arm, catching my sleeve on fire. I glared at the chick trying to stop the fire but my blood was already boiling. I was caught off guard and I didn't like that. "WHAT THE HELL!"I shouted as I began shaking. I grabbed something (a boulder) and threw it in their direction.

Dawnielle;
I was about to take off running once again until I turned around just enough to dodge a fireball. I then saw a huge rock fly across the area, my eyes widening as I saw Richard seem to get slightly bigger somehow.

Grace
"What the fuck?!" I shouted, dodging some huge boulder being flung at me from across the fucking room. "Dude I'm sorry, I kind of don't have control over this shit!" I yelled, as a couple more fire balls came bursting out from my hands. Well this was certainly a good start to the day I must say.

Alec
I decided not to intervene yet; I wanted to see how they'd handle the situation. If anyone was going to be in huge nearly-dying danger then I'd get involved. But y'know for now I was just curious as to what would happen if I left them to their own devices.

Elijah
"Can everybody just stop acting on Insanity for a second here? Stop throwing shit, please?" I called across the arena to what's-his-face, Hulky boy over there. I rolled my eyes and looked at Gracie, a little worried that she was about to spontaneously combust.

Tess
Terror. Literally, I just like, I don't know, but watching Richard freak out like that completely freaked me out. I started shaking and I sprinted from the room pretty much, totally cursing at myself for being so stupid and weak and cowardly and just ugh. What if they kicked me out for skipping this little bit of training?
