I could hear him running after me and I started laughing, running even fast through the random maze of walls and turns.

I chased after her as quickly as I could, dishing inlets and corners. "Rox!" I called out warningly.

I looked at him with wide eyes, my mouth slightly open. "I...I don't know. What do you think?"

"You can't catch me," I sang, laughing as I rounded a corner and then crashed straight into a solid wall of flesh that sounded vaguely Peyton-ish.

I glanced sideways at him, smiling. "I guess that could work."

I let out an oomph and fell back. "Damn, Rox," I said as my strips lit back up and my gun vibrated. I lifted it and lazily shot her. "Sorry."

"Oh my god Peyton I hate you," I said rolling slightly further away and staying lay on the ground. I felt kind of winded. And annoyed.

Matty and I were sprawled out on my couch, a small bowl of cheetos on my lap as we cuddled into each other. (Awwwwww.) The TV was on and we were kind of-halfway watching it, but Matty was leaving in a little while to go to some get-together party thing with Peyton and Rox and I was staying behind because parties suck.
Peyton
I was at my friend Carlos' house, helping him set up his party. I'd dragged Roxy with me, because I had gone out of my way the last few weeks to be as annoying an involved in her life as possible. Just because it was me, and Roxy.

"I think you should reconsider coming to the party," I mumbled sleepily, turning slightly to wrap my arms around her. "It'll be fun," I said, trying to appeal to her. I probably still wouldn't change her mind, though. Parties are not Em's thing.

Peyton had dragged me to the stupid party stupidly early because he was helping to set up the thing and I was not happy about that. Mainly because I had less time to get ready and I knew that Peyton was doing this to annoy me which only served to make me more annoyed than I should be. Sigh.

I laughed and gently poked his stomach, looking up at him. "I highly doubt it, but I supposed I could give you credit for trying." I grinned and kissed his cheek. "As long as you don't come back dead or married, I'll be fine here tonight."
