Okay, so basically, the Caffiartis and Palazzos were tight as hell mob families for years, until the
Caffiartis basically fucked the Palazzos over big time. Now, they really fuckin' hate each other.
But there's this girl from the Palazzo family and this guy from the Caffiarti family, and basically,
they're fuckin' in love, okay? So, yeah, they gotta work around this family thing because everyone
is just shooting random people, and yeah, 'the fuck is going on, man? They just wanna be in love.

Personality: Vincenzo is extremely cocky, but that could be something
to do with being the sole heir to an incredibly successful mob business. He
rarely thinks before he speaks or acts and tends to assume that he is better
than everyone. The only person he doesn't feel that way about is
Scarlett. Vince is actually a pretty nice guy once you suffer through the
arrogance and general douche-baggery.

Name: Daniella 'Dani' Heslett

Which Mob: Palazzo
Personality: Dani's just your average badass. Sarcasm is her favourite
thing in the world, and she won't hesitate to cut you down if you get on
the wrong side of her. She's protective of her family and extremely loyal.
Other: Idk man what else is there to say except she's a badass?

Ronnie's

Name: Scarlett Palazzo
Age: Twenty-one
Which Mob: Palazzo
Personality: Scarlett is super sweet, usually pretty quiet, and is only
boisterous in any way if she's drunk or pissed as fuck. She's like...the
Hufflepuff of the Palazzo family. 'Kay? Kay. She luhs Vince. D'awwww.




Name: Steven Carter
Age: Twenty-five
Which Mob: Palazzo
Personality: Stephen is a watchful, thoughtful, subtle observer of people
and is used in the Caffiarti family for his muscle bulk rather than his brain
because they underestimate him. He's an undercover police officer attempting
to arrest the head members of the Palazzo empire, and possibly catch some
Caffiartis in the process.

The bulk of my time was spent sitting with three other heavies at a fold-out card table, fullfilling the table's ultimate destiny and laying down game after game of Texas Hold 'Em. Carl Albert, a young, strong-armed Frenchman that snarled at the mention of his middle name (Florence) and clenched his hands approximately two hundred and thirty-seven times a day, chortled as he laid down a set of cards, but I barely paid attention to the play. I'd spent three weeks--already--settled into this Goddamn hellhole of a mobnest and had next to nothing to show for it. I had to find a way to earn the trust of the family beyond that which was given to mere handlers like I myself seemed to be considered. I had to find a way to garner their respect; it wasn't going to be easy. I laid out my hand--full house--and dragged the pile of quarters in the center of the table to rest in my wallet as my cardmates all groaned in disgust.

Scarlett
Daniella sat on the area rug at the foot of my bed, and I looked down at her from where I laid atop my down comforter, on my stomach with my knees bent and my feet in the air. They swayed lazily, precariously, and I sighed boredly. "Dani, there's nothing to do, and it's so hot!" It was hot. August, the average daily temperature 103 degrees Fahrenheit, and all of the air conditioners out of commission due to exhaustion. I knew Pappa was getting the coolers fixed soon--God, I hoped he would--but my impatience and impending heat stroke weren't leaning on the side of 'patient.'

I looked up at Scarlett and shrugged, yawning as I did so. It was quite hot, as she had said, and the heat always made me feel sleepy. The balcony doors in her room were open in an attempt to bring in some kind of breeze, but the air outside was completely still, and getting warmer. "Way to state the obvious, Scarlett," I said, rolling my eyes at her. There were things to do around, it was just that it was too hot to even contemplate moving at that point. It was one of those days where you kind of just want to go to sleep in a little patch of shade all day.

Vince
Actually no idea what to do with him and it 4am so?

Gentry Corral, sitting across the table from me, eventually chuckled and shook his head as I cleared away my winnings. "Get off, boy," he said gruffly, teasingly. He had a soft spot for me, I suspected. Gentry was an older man--not old, mind you, but older than the rest of us (probably in his mid-thirties to early forties). He certainly garnered respect from the Palazzo family. I just hoped I wouldn't have to sit around as a waiterboy for thirty years in order to get enough incriminating evidence to flesh out the system and shine some light on the family's decidedly dark doings. I just smiled tentatively at Gentry, feeling a little bad for playing up the Silent and Stupid show I'd started out with once joining the Palazzo force. I actually kinda liked the guy. "Another game?" I asked slowly.

Scarlett
I sighed again, dramaticism coating the breath as it escaped my bored lungs. Shuffling to the side of my bed and sliding my feet to the sticky-with-condensation hardwood floor beneath, I crossed the room, leaving frosty imprints of my tiny feet behind me. My radio sat on my dresser, and I picked it up, fiddling with one of the dials. "What do you want to listen to?"

I rolled my eyes and leaned back, looking at the ceiling fan rapidly rotating in an attempt to provide the room and its occupants with some cooler air. "Anything that isn't awful," I said, glancing over at her and grinning. It was always my response when she asked me what I wanted to listen to, so usually we just put on The Beatles or Rolling Stones and had done with it (because lets face it, when are The Beatles or The Stones ever awful?).

Vince
Idk he's probably thinking about Scarlett and composing his next Love Letter and being yelled at by everyone to stop being lazy but he is so not gonna stop being lazy because fuck everything he's the heir he can do what he wants.
