Peter.
I relaxed as I kissed her back, the tension from earlier not mattering right now. "Goodnight, Aspen,"I whispered as I squeezed her gently, to reassure her I was still here. I sighed and closed my eyes, drifting off into sleep as my thumb slowly rubbed her arm where I had caused her pain.

Aspen,
I was woken from a cold chill coming over my bed. I shivered, pulling the covers tighter around me. I opened my eyes slightly, confused as to what time it was. I didn't have work today, thank god. I groaned quietly, rubbing my face.

[lauren.]

Peter.
I felt Aspen move beside me in the bed. I opened one eye to look over at her then shut it. I sighed softly as I moved over to her and pulled her body against mine. "Good morning, love,"I murmured a I kissed her head.

Aspen,
I smiled softly as he pulled me against his chest. "It's freezing," I said giggling softly. I kissed him once, "Good morning to you too, baby." I loved just woken up Peter-it was sexy.

[lauren.]

Peter.
I chuckled as I pulled the covers over our heads,"I'll keep you warm then,"I said smirking as I ran my hand down the length of his hips before coming right back up to her back. "Damn, you are cold,"I said kissing her lips.

Aspen,
"I told you," I smiled, kissing is chest gently. "How'd you sleep?" I asked, looking up at him. I bit my lip, looking into his perfect eyes. The butterflies started all over again.

[lauren.]

Peter.
I shrugged,"Not bad. Tossed quite a few times but other than that I'm fine,"I said brushing some hair away from her face and shoulder. "How did you sleep?"I asked caressing her shoulder as I watched her.

Aspen,
"I slept really well, actually." I smiled softly. That was probably going to be one of last peaceful nights we were going to have in a while, considering I wanted him to start trying to stop today. I knew he wasn't going to be happy.

[lauren.]

Peter.
"Fantastic,"I said kissing her gently. I sighed and removed the covers over our heads,"Would you like to join me in the shower?"I asked wiggling my eyebrows as I got out of bed, stretching.

Aspen,
I grinned, "I'd love to," I said, a twinkle in my eye as I got out of the bed. I hugged myself, "it's freezing in here!" I giggled. I loved cold weather though-it was my favorite.

[lauren.]

Peter.
I smirked as I moved into the bathroom, turning the shower on to warm it up at least in the bathroom. I glanced out the doorway, eyeing Aspen. "You sure look good standing there naked,"I said chuckling as I poked my head back in.

Aspen,
My cheeks turned a shade of light pink as I followed him into the bathroom, "I can say the same for you," I murmured, kissing his cheek. I was never embarrassed around him, he made me feel sexy.

[lauren.]

Peter.
I smirked as I winked at her. I stepped into the shower immediately relaxing as the warmth hit my skin. I knew what was coming today but I wanted to put it off as much as I could.

Aspen,
I stepped in after him, the warmth flooding through my veins. I shut my eyes and smiled. This peace, the serenity, was perfect. Sadly it would only last so long. I opened my eyes to look at Peter. My beautiful, but beautifully messed up Peter.

Peter.
I grinned as I looked down at her. I raised an eyebrow,"What?"I asked chuckling and grabbed some soap, starting to soap my body up.
