I saw a few dresses and things that I thought were cute, so I laid them neatly over my arm, along with some jeans. Once I had a reasonable pile, I turned back to Jordan. "I'm going to try these on, I mean, you guys can come over by the dressing rooms too if you want," I said, shrugging.

"Lets go,"Delilah said looking up at me,"I wanna see her new cwothes on her,"she managed out. I smiled and nodded,"Looks like we're coming with you,"I said then realized what I said. "Well I mean not with you with you, like stand outside and wait.."I trailed off, just embarressing myself now.

 Marly I laughed and shook my head at him, leading the way to the dressing rooms in the corner. I left them at the chairs and went into a room after a clerk led me to one, and I decided to try on a pretty yellow dress first. I stepped out of the room in just the dress and my socks, to where Delilah and Jordan sat. |

I was looking off somewhere else when I heard Delilah clap her hands. I looked at D then at Marly actually causing my heart to stop then speed up a little bit. "Pretty,"D said grinning at Marly. I swallowed trying to fine something to say, all I could do was nod at what D said.

 Marly I really hoped Jordan's silence was the good kind, but I couldn't be very sure. I just smiled a little at Delilah, thanking her for her compliment, and went into the dressing room to change into the only other dress I'd picked out. I only had jeans and stuff lined up after that. I quickly changed into the other one, hoped I looked alright in it, and left the dressing room again. |

I had cleared my throat as Marly left, wishing I would had said something. She probably thought I was a jerk. Delilah hit my knee and glared at me, saying I should have said something to Marly. I chuckled softly and pulled her up into my lap just as Marly came back out. I smiled at Marly, knowing now that I had prepped myself before she came out (xD). Delilah grinned,"Pretty!"she said. I nodded,"Gorgeous,"I said smiling.

  Marly I blushed when Jordan said it looked gorgeous -- although he just had to be talking about the dress, yaknow -- and smiled, nodding. "I really like this one," I said, deciding to buy this dress and leave the yellow one. "Okay, I'll be right back!" I chirped at them, holding up my finger and disappearing back into the dressing room. Okay, last outfit for this store. I slipped on the jeans, slid the shirt on over my head, made sure everything was straight and comfortable before leaving the cubicle again. |

I chuckled softly as Delilah said she wanted a dress like Marly. I smiled and looked over at Marly once again, a grin on my face. "Nice,"I said nodding my head. What? I'm a guy, I didn't know girl terms for saying how they liked an outfit. Delilah nodded her head with a smile,"Get it,"she said.

I went back and changed into my own clothes, and we went to check out. Our shopping didn't take very long, thankfully. I even got Delilah a cute little hat from Claire's I'd seen her looking at and bought.

"You didn't have to get Delilah anything,"I said shrugging as we were walking along. Delilah was ahead of us a little bit with her puppy in her arms and the new hat on her head. I couldn't help but smile at the site of her though.
