Giovanni,
I turned to look at her. She was so gorgeous. I stared for a moment before I swallowed. "Yeah, hang on," I told her as I got up. I opened the drawer and took out a shirt, handing it to her. "You okay?" I asked her.

[lauren.]

Valarie,
I chewed on my lip,"Honestly, no,"I said simply as I took the shirt and headed back into the bathroom. I brought his shirt to my nose, missing his scent. I slid it on and tried to do something with my hair before I headed back out there.

Giovanni,
I sighed, feeling defeated. I was trying to be civil with her, but she was being so blunt. I had to make it up to her, but she shut me down every time.

[lauren.]

Valarie,
Luckily I had a ponytail holder around my wrist. I pulled my hair into a messy low bun. I sighed before I headed back out there. I took a seat on the couch farther down from him. "I can't stay here,"I stated.

Giovanni,
I looked at her for a moment, chewing on my cheek. "I know," I said, my voice sounding depressed. "Please just let me buy you an apartment. Valarie, I want you to be happy, and living on the streets won't do that."

[lauren.]

Valarie,
I shook my head,"No. I can't let you do that. I don't need memories of you here,"I said as I wrung the end of his shirt in my fists. I couldn't let him do anything when we can't be together.

[haileyjordan]

Giovanni,
"Then what are you going to do? Valarie, I'm worried about you." I told her. "If I leave you alone, you might pull another stunt like you did earlier. I can't handle that."

[lauren.]

Valarie,
I breathed in deeply to try and not yell at him,"I don't know what I'm going to do but I'll figure it out. You made it awfully clear back in Italy that we can't be together,"I said looking him straight in the eyes. "But it's obviously a good thing you decided that a long time ago or you'd be in the same position with me. Homeless,"I mumbled as I realized I was homeless. I bit my lip as a small year escaped my eyes. I'm homeless.

Giovanni,
I ran my hand through my hair, "But Valarie. I can't let you live this way. No matter what you say I will do what I can to help you. You won't be homeless. I love you Valarie. I want to be with you. I don't think you understand that," I said as I looked at her. "Please don't cry."

[lauren.]

Valarie,
I shook my head,"No you don't understand. You don't understand that if I let you help me or back into my life and not be with you, I'll stay broken,"I sobbed. "I love you. I love you when I shouldn't and I hate myself for that. I can't let you step back into my life and then leave again,"I said as I placed my hand against my heart,"It'll hurt too much, it still hurts,"I said looking at him.

Giovanni,
"But if you allow me to come back into your life I won't leave. I have my own bank account. My parents can't touch it, Valarie. I never meant to hurt you. I want to be with you. I want to love you." I said, my eyes filled with regret, I wanted her to believe me.

[lauren.]

Valarie,
I was confused,"What? You separated from your parents?"I asked. When did he do this? What the hell? & they didn't disown him or anything? So it was just me. The thought of their son being married to a horrific American.

[haileyjordan]

Giovanni,
I nodded, "You made me realize that if I wanted something I had to work for it and do it on my own. I can't keep living off of my parents. Valarie, I'm trying to change," I said as I moved closer to her. "I really am."

[lauren.]

Valarie,
I stared at him completely shocked. Why didn't he tell me this a long time ago? I closed my eyes,"You've been living off your parents for awhile now? And they still let you keep the company?"I asked trying to wrap my head around this all.

Giovanni,
"Well..." I said as I looked up, "I don't actually have the company anymore. I just get profit, because it's a tradition to pass it down, my parents can't do anything about that." I told her, pursing my lips.
