Kolton,
I sighed as I hung up phone call that went absolutely nowhere. I rubbed my face as I headed back inside closing the door. I looked around wondering where everyone was. "Alaska?"I called out. "Tessa?"

Alaska,
I turned quickly and saw Tessa standing in the doorway, looking horrified. Shit. "Tessa," I said softly before she quickly ran down the hall. I groaned, great.

Tessa,
I saw daddy come in and I was scared and confused. I looked at him, then ran outside to the back. Was he hurting Alaska?

[lauren.]

Kolton,
I saw Tessa run around me and outside. What the hell? She looks frightened. "Alaska?"I called out as I headed down the hallway to our bedroom. "What's wrong with Tessa?"I asked pointing in her direction. "Do you need help?"I asked knowing that she needed to clean her wounds.

Alaska,
I looked over at him, "Tessa saw my back Kolton. She looked terrified," I told him, feeling like this was all my fault. I chewed on my lip, what was Tessa thinking?

[lauren.]

Kolton,
My eyes widened slightly,"What did she say? She looked at me and seemed..disgusted.."I said quietly. My stomach turned as I thought about her thinking I did this. I sat down on the bed staring at the doorway,"You don't think...you don't think she thinks I did that to you...do you?"I asked quietly.

Alaska,
I swallowed as I looked down at him. Children usually twisted something however they thought it seemed right. "I don't know Kolton," I said quietly. I folded my arms as I looked at the ceiling. "Why is everything going wrong?" I asked. If Tessa avoided Kolton...that would crush him.

[lauren.]

Kolton,
I stayed quiet honestly not know the answer. I rested my head in my hands. What if Tessa hates me now and I haven't done anything. I breathed in deeply,"I need to talk to her,"I said standing up quickly. I needed my daughter to know that I'm the same and didn't so this to Alaska.

Alaska,
I looked back at him, "Just be gentle. I don't know how much she's over analyzing this. If you need me, let me know," I told him softly.

[lauren.]

Kolton,
I stared at her,"Im always gentle,"I whispered as I left the room. Those words kind of hurt. Be gentle. I'm always gentle when it comes to someone I love. I breathed in deeply as I walked down the hallway and headed outside to look for Tessa,"Tess?"I called out.

Tessa,
I heard my name being called and instantly looked down. I was sitting, leaning against a tree as I hugged my legs close to my chest. Why did he hurt her? Did Alaska do something wrong? I ignored his calls, afraid he would hurt me too.

[lauren.]

Kolton,
My stomach hurt when I didn't get a response. I always get a respond. "Tessa, baby please,"I pleaded as I stepped onto the back porch. She couldn't hate me or be afraid of me. I'm her father. I love her, so much.

Tessa,
I heard the hurt in his voice as I swallowed. I peeked out from behind the tree to look at him. He looked worried, not angry. "Daddy?" I said softly, chewing on my lip.

Kolton,
I quickly looked over to see Tessa come out from behind a tree. "Oh Tessa, you had me worried. Are you okay?"I said walking over to her, making sure I wasn't coming in a threatening matter.

Tessa,
"Did you hurt her?" I asked, ignoring his other questions. "What happened to her?" I asked, looking down at the grass as I picked it, shredding it with my fingers.

Kolton,
I closed my eyes in defeat,"No baby. I would never lay a hand on you or Alaska. When she left.."I paused. I didn't want to give away who did it,"When she left a guy did that to her,"I said as I sat down on grass in front of her.
