We all start somewhere. Where's it going to be?

To start a life you have to start with two people. Those two
people have a history together; their meeting, their good
times, and their bad times. But part of that also starts with the
individual person, the situations going on in their separate lives
that progress for them to finally meet each other.

Name. Olivia McKenna Dawn
Age. Eighteen
Background. My parents moved me to this town for business
aspects and really didn't take me into consideration. Don't get
me wrong, it's nice going to start over in a new town but I still
left behind friends. I'm mostly quiet, I keep to myself. That's
how I was pretty much taught by my parents. Then again, I
do get whatever I want but it would be nice to be shown
some parent-love. I do pretty good in my class, but now it
seems as if I won't be valedictorian for my class now. I'm
musically talented and also athletic, but I don't show that side
of me.
Dreams. To become a recording artist, or at least start my own
label to be able to change the lives of people around me.

Name. Tanner Michael Baker
Age. Eighteen
Background. My father is the CEO of a very
successful business, leaving my family very wealthy.
I however, do not like the wealth. I depict
people with a lot of money and arrogant and
greedy, the exact opposite of how I act, most of
the time. I have my own voice, and I'm not afraid
to be blunt about something. However, if you're close
with me, I will do anything to make sure you're safe. I'm
not a goody-two shoes, but I'm not a low life either. I may
get quite a lot of attention at school, but they mostly
stick around because of my money. I will only be rude to make it
seem like I'm tough, when I really am not. Having everything
you want is the most lonely thing anyone could have.
Dream. To not be recognized for my money, but rather my
talent. What I want more than anything is to be a surgeon.
I want to save people's lives.

Olivia.
I had already left the house for my first day at a new school. My parents were either already gone for work or sleeping in because they got home late. I never know with them. This town is small but not too small, it's cute and surprisingly I like it. Hopefully it'll be worth the move. I pull into the parking lot of the school, finding a spot easily. Guess I'm here early? I look around and notice that the school is quite large. My parents said they have a great academic program as well as athletic. I rolled my eyes thinking about the conversation. Even though they're hardly there, they try to push me in the opposite direction of where I want to go with my life.

Tanner,
I liked getting to school early for some reason. I just liked to escape the crowd for the minimal amount of time I had. I pulled up to school in my black Cadillac, parking in my usual spot. I sat in the car for a little bit, looking around before I got out. I swung my backpack over my shoulder, running a hand through my hair as I began walking. Alone time was nice from people who just used you.

Olivia.
I watched as some guy had pulled up early also and started inside. I chewed on my lip as I got out of the car, pulling my schedule out. Might as well use this time to find where my classes will be. And for some reason, I was completely nervous. New people, no friends. God this could go so wrong or end up going so right. I headed into the school looking down at the piece of paper. "Hopkins for English, room 131,"I murmured to myself. I looked up, seeing that it split into many different hallways. This should be fun.

Tanner,
I had many things on my mind, but I couldn't help but notice that there was someone else here too. I raised my eyebrow and glanced over my shoulder slightly. It was someone I had never seen before, and she looked terribly lost. I instantly figured that she must've been new. Smart for her to get here before she got trampled by the crowds. I turned around fully, "Do you need any help?" I asked her casually, stuffing my hands in my jean pockets. I never had a problem with meeting new people, and I liked meeting new people because they knew nothing about me.

Olivia.
His voice echoed throughout the silent hallways causing me to jump slightly. I flushed hoping he didn't see it. "Um, it would seem so. This place is bigger than I expected,"I said looking over at the guy who I saw earlier. He seemed..to fit in around this place even though it was completely empty. I sighed as I adjusted my bag on my shoulder,"I'm looking for Hopkins, room 132,"I said biting my lip slightly, making sure I got it right

Tanner,
I gave a small smile, "Looks like we'll be sharing class together," I told her. "Follow me." I moved my head, signaling for her to follow. "I'm Tanner by the way. It's smart of you to get here early. The people here don't really well...care about other people's feelings you could say," I chuckled softly. "But I'm sure you'll quickly get to know the ropes." She was a very attractive girl, so she would have no problem fitting it. That's how our fucked up school was, sadly.

[lauren.]

Olivia.
I was kind of confused by his last comment. I honestly doubt I would fit in so easily. "I'm Olivia. And I highly doubt I'll learn the ropes easily. This school is pretty massive,"I said looking around as I followed beside Tanner. He seemed nice enough, though there was something about him that made me think something was wrong with him. More in an emotional aspect.

Tanner,
I shrugged, "Everyone thinks that in the beginning. Until you realize everyone is self-centered and greedy." I said, suddenly realizing that comment was not necessary. "Uh, sorry about that last thing, I didn't really mean it." Though I did. "So why'd you move here?" I asked, changing the subject. The last thing she cared about was my emotional issues.

[lauren.]

Olivia.
I glanced up at him for a moment then back ahead of us,"My parents found better investments in a business here. Let's just say they moved here for the wealth and I had no choice but to follow,"I said smirking slightly. Oh my parents, though I didn't really want to talk about why I was here. I knew I was going to get asked that quite often though. I crossed my arms, wanting to change the subject,"Is this a place I'll hopefully end up calling my home?"I asked raising an eyebrow as I glanced over at him.

Tanner,
I shrugged, "It all depends on how you look at it. Some people never want to leave, others can't wait to leave. As for me, I'm satisfied, though I don't plan on living here for the rest of my life. I enjoy it now, but everything has to come to an end eventually. But there's plenty to do, that's for sure." I said. I don't know if I just said that because my parents practically gave me everything to do whatever I wanted, or because I truly found enjoyment here. "You just have to make the best of where you are in the moment."

Olivia.
It was sort of strange to me. His voice and how he spoke was very attractive. Not just some cocky ass jock walking the hallways. I smiled as I cleared my throat slightly,"Well, you seem very wise as if you've done your time,"I said laughing quietly. I looked at the many doorways we past seeing we were coming closer to our destination.

Tanner,
I smiled at her comment, "You learn a thing or two," I said as we approached the door. "If you need any help with anything else, don't hesitate to ask, I mean it." I said, looking at her. "I like helping." I glanced down the hallway as I began to see groups of kids pouring in. "And so it begins," I chuckled.

Olivia.
I smiled staying quiet for a moment as I followed his eyes to the group of people. My nerves began to act up again once I saw the herd. Running a hand through my hair, I looked up at him,"Well since I didn't get here early enough I am going to need help finding the rest of my classes,"I said giving a sheepish smile as I wiggled the paper inbetween us.
